MY CAREER WITH AIR ASIA X

Let me introduce my career ...

Since 2 months ago, i'm working with a freight company, which is

AirAsia Agent (AirAsia X)

The only customer service in my company, for sure I'm the one who very busy 

doing so many things like booking, updating, checking AirWay Bills, Checking POD, 

filing bills, resits and so on.

Basically, my task is all the time give the best service to customers and other

agents through email...

But sometimes through phone calls,

and BBM..

Yezza...Currently I'm using BB 

gave by my boss..

It makes me easy to interact with clients,customers, other agents

and also AirAsia Teams. 

And I manage to get the confirmation of working within 2 months period only.

My working environment is multiracial.

Working with Chinese, my boss are mix blood chinese + malay.

My supervisors are chinese woman and man. (single okayh...hihihi)

Most of my customers and clients are Indians...

And of course Malays the dominant of AirAsia Teams..

Lots of knowledge and experience working with freight company.

My office are located at Jalan Kemajuan Petaling Jaya.

So, this is one of the reason why I'm not stay at Cheras with my parents.

Through and fro , Damansara -Petaling Jaya is enough tired for me..
